The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Digma and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your account will be terminated at the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all User Content associated with it. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from termination.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digma and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digma operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
